1. Services Provided

Spokane Postal is a retail service provider offering packing, shipping (as an authorized agent for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS), printing, notary, and physical mailbox rentals. We are a locally owned retail storefront and are not a freight forwarder or a shipping broker.

2. Shipping Services

  • Carrier Terms: All shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) selected at the time of purchase.

  • Liability: Our liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value provided by the customer at the time of shipment and is subject to the carrier’s claims process.

  • Prohibited Items: Customers agree not to ship hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items prohibited by the chosen carrier.

3. Mailbox Rentals

  • Physical Presence: Mailbox rentals are for physical mail collection at our Shadle Center location.

  • Identification: In accordance with USPS regulations, all mailbox renters must provide two forms of valid identification and complete Form 1583.

  • Cancellation: Mailbox subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by returning keys to our Shadle Center location. Any mailbox fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Shipping & Labor: Due to the nature of the service, shipping fees, packing labor, and notary fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

  • Printing Services: Custom print jobs are non-refundable once production has begun. If a printing error occurs on our part, we will provide a corrected reprint at no additional cost.

  • Retail Products: Unused retail products (boxes, tape, packing supplies) may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for a full refund.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Spokane Postal to charge the agreed-upon amount for one-time services or recurring mailbox fees.
