We are located in the Shadle Shopping Center next to Walmart on Wellesley Ave.

Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is necessary. We always have a commissioned Notary available at Spokane Postal.
We are open 9am-7pm (Monday-Friday) and 10am-4pm (Saturday).
What do you charge for Notary services?
The notary fee is $15 per signer per document.
Can any document be notarized?
Yes, most documents can be notarized, including those hand-written. However, if a notarial certificate is not included with the document, we will have to print one to complete the notarization.
My document requires witnesses. Are you able to provide witnesses?
In most cases, we can provide witnesses for your document. However, please call ahead to confirm availability of witnesses. Our phone number is 509-824-0912.
Are you able to provide an Apostille Certification?
An Apostille certification can only be provided by the relevant State or Federal government office. However, we offer a courier service to receive your Apostille certification as soon as possible.
Do you offer mobile notary?

We love Spokane Postal. I'm in weekly, often multiple times a week, for our ebay shipments. The gentleman here is friendly, has quick service, and even remembers us by name and preferred reciept method. Its so nice that he scans the packages right away and this buisness ships Fed-Ex, UPS, and USPS all in one location. I never go anywhere else, theres simply no reason to. I have nothing but good things to say. Thanks for the awesome service! Its a breath of fresh air these days. I'd say this guy deserves a raise but I think he may own the shop.

I've always had amazing service here. He is very knowledgeable. Today he was immensely helpful because I had lost my receipt for something I had sent to the social security office months ago. Excellent customer service from owner Nick. In addition to notarising an important document, I needed help with the process of requesting an apostille from the WA state department. He is clearly experienced with submitting the appropriate paperwork, as well as able to provide jurat if requested. Charges were very reasonable.

Great experience! Out of town and needed to ship 12 medium sized boxes for my business, and Spokane Postal was fantastic. They allowed me to drop off my FedEx boxes and even printed my labels for me! They graciously let me use their space to apply the labels and stored the boxes for pickup the next day. I would highly recommend this place for your shipping, copying and printing needs! My experience with Spokane postal exceeded all expectations I could have possibly had. Despite having a unique situation requiring several questions, AND showing up only a handful of minutes before closing time, Nick was incredibly patient and thorough in helping me understand all of my options and figures out which worked best for me. The store was very clean and organized.
Spokane Postal made a very important situation that I was finding stressful and confusing a breeze to get done right. The pricing was transparent and very reasonable.
Historically my experience's with shipping stores has been measured in "How much red tape & how much stress was added?". Not "How much easier did they make the situation & how convenient was it?" So this place is a gem of a find.

Spokane Postal is fantastic. I don't ship many packages but both times I've gone in the owner/operator Nick has been friendly and helpful.
Both times I've been in were for shipping some large or heavy items but he worked it out for me.
I enjoy supporting a local business that definitely cares about its customers and I plan to return for any of my shipping needs. The hours of operation are also great.
If you're looking for a great place to get stuff shipped I highly recommend Spokane Postal, only place I plan to go from now on.

Nick, the owner, has been, and continues to be, wonderful. This place is fantastic. I used their mailbox services for about 6 months, and I love them because they send you a text notification when you receive a package or mail.
I've used UPS mail box before and only knew when my mail was received because of the tracking on the mail itself - it was really handy to get the notice from this office, so you know it's ready to pick up.
The person running it was always friendly and would have my packages ready as soon as I came in.
Would definitely use again if I need mailbox services!

I usually go here to get pictures and posters printed and I went in last minute before Mother’s Day and needed some pictures blown up and the guy working (can’t remember his name) went out of his way to hand deliver them to me at work because I wouldn’t be able to pick them up before they close because I was still at work. Not only did he help make Mother’s Day special for my wife, but he went out of his way after working all day to help a customer who he doesn’t even know. They will always have my business!

Today I went to Spokane Postal to return a package that needed shipping back to a third party seller through Walmart. Nick was so helpful! With some deft manuevering of the info about the package on my smartphone he got a shipping label printed up and no problem! We inquired about a postal box and the price was fair. I have been going to this place rather then the post office since they opened and cannot recommend them highly enough. Unlike the post office who seems to lose packages on a regular basis and tend to be rude, the employees here are friendly and positive at all times. I am very happy and satisfied with the quality customer service and will be a long time customer from now on.

Amazing service! We had a very lengthy stack of mortgage documents to notarize, and Nick was able to print, walk us through all the needed signatures, and returned the documents to the title company for us. We called to set it up early in the morning and he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I could not recommend this place enough.

Yay first review I went in to do a notary and he was very professional and it was very affordable 10 bucks of stamp most places doing 1520 bucks of stamp brand new just in today it looks great he seems like he has amazing customer service I definitely recommend coming here and especially getting a PO box if you want one
