My experience with Spokane postal exceeded all expectations I could have possibly had. Despite having a unique situation requiring several questions, AND showing up only a handful of minutes before closing time, Nick was incredibly patient and thorough in helping me understand all of my options and figures out which worked best for me. The store was very clean and organized.

We had multiple documents to send out of state and there was much confusion as to what actually needed to be notarized. We were very happy with the patient and friendly service. We will recommend Spokane Postal to everyone we know in the area.
Nick was super professional, he answered all my questions with knowledge and patience. I was able to get a document notarized at a very fair price that fit my budget! I’m happy that I was able to find a notary service this good in Spokane, I just was able to walk right in with zero hassle, they also provide good mailing services as well!

Spokane postal is at such a convenient location in Shadle center! Nick, who assisted me was very professional and took care of my need for a notary promptly! Great experience!
Nick, the owner, has been, and continues to be, wonderful. He has been incredibly helpful both with his time and his suggestions, as I struggle through the mountain of paperwork, photos, etc., left behind by my deceased parents. The more I learn about what services are offered, the more impressed I am with Spokane Postal.

This place is fantastic. I used their mailbox services for about 6 months, and I love them because they send you a text notification when you receive a package or mail.
I've used UPS mail box before and only knew when my mail was received because of the tracking on the mail itself - it was really handy to get the notice from this office, so you know it's ready to pick up.
The person running it was always friendly and would have my packages ready as soon as I came in.
Would definitely use again if I need mailbox services!

I have had several documents that needed to be apostilled and legalized for a student visa abroad. This place should be the go-to for such international affairs, as the service was incredibly thorough, reliable, and assuring that what is notarized, sent off, or picked up is what was needed each time.
This new shipping center is awesome it is the greatest thing since melted butter! I come here for a lot of different needs and he's got it all, can help you with all of your shipping and packing stuff! He is in a great location and is very friendly and helpful and always willing to get anything done he can for you, this place is great!!!!

I usually go here to get pictures and posters printed and I went in last minute before Mother’s Day and needed some pictures blown up and the guy working (can’t remember his name) went out of his way to hand deliver them to me at work because I wouldn’t be able to pick them up before they close because I was still at work. Not only did he help make Mother’s Day special for my wife, but he went out of his way after working all day to help a customer who he doesn’t even know. They will always have my business!

Today I went to Spokane Postal to return a package that needed shipping back to a third party seller through Walmart. Nick was so helpful! With some deft manuevering of the info about the package on my smartphone he got a shipping label printed up and no problem! We inquired about a postal box and the price was fair. We plan to go back soon. Thanks again, Nick!
Guy inside is cool, delivered a few packages and all has gone well. Never had a wait, in and out in less than a minute for package drop off. Quick to pickup the phone.

This place was great for me. Nick the owner was very very helpful and my project turned out better than I had imagined with his suggestions and skills. And this close to Christmas I was still able to get right in and out with my project complete.
Friendly staff, clean and organized store, and a much better experience than waiting in line at usps during the holidays!

I have been going to this place rather then the post office since they opened and cannot recommend them highly enough. Unlike the post office who seems to lose packages on a regular basis and tend to be rude, the employees here are friendly and positive at all times. I am very happy and satisfied with the quality customer service and will be a long time customer from now on.
Amazing service! We had a very lengthy stack of mortgage documents to notarize, and Nick was able to print, walk us through all the needed signatures, and returned the documents to the title company for us. We called to set it up early in the morning and he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I could not recommend this place enough.

I purchased a canvas print of one of my photos of a mountain in Yukon Canada. The file size was smaller than I would like to use but the 11x14 print turned out great.
Yay first review I went in to do a notary and he was very professional and it was very affordable 10 bucks of stamp most places doing 1520 bucks of stamp brand new just in today it looks great he seems like he has amazing customer service I definitely recommend coming here and especially getting a PO box if you want one
